ACCESS TO MACHU PICCHU Our "Peru Explorer" tours are individually organised tours for a minimum of 2 people. All Hotels, Tours & Entrances, Transport and Transfers (airport-hotel-bus) and domestic flights are included. All tours are with local English speaking guidance.
Not included are your international flight, tax for the domestic flights (about € 5 per person per flight) and meals "a la carte" (2-8 Dollar).
These are only example itineraries to give you an idea of what to do and what the cost approximately is. We are not just salesman but really organise our tours ourselves so you can add or change these tours in order to get your tailor-made itinerary.

Please take your time read our booking conditions. We have tried to be as clear and straightforward as possible - no hidden small letters or footnotes. Nevertheless, if you would feel in doubt, do not hesitate to write us at or use our email form
If your tour group require amendments to our booking conditions, please write us at
Payment:
- Deposit of 50% of the total amount of the tour to guarantee your reservation, 60% if your itinerary includes the Inca Trail.
- Rest payment 15 days before tour departure (consider transaction days).
Cancellation:
- minimum 25% cancellation fee.
- less than 45 days before departure 50% cancellation fee, 60% if your itinerary includes the Inca Trail.
- less than 10 days before departure or no-show 100% cancellation fee.
Unless you are 100% sure of your travels, make sure your travel insurance includes cancellations.
Insurance:
- A health travel insurance is mandatory for all our clients. This insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness and death medical expenses, repatriation and personal liability. You will be asked for a copy of your insurance policy on arrival at the hotel in Lima.
- Although we take all precautions, Last Minute Travel Peru cannot be held responsible for injuries, illnesses, damages, loss or unpredictable delays. We cannot be held responsible for loss of enjoyment, delays or compensation resulting from circumstances beyond our control (delayed flights and transport, weather conditions, strikes, ...). It is the clients responsibility to report delays as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary arrangements.
We recommend a travel insurance that also covers cancellation, loss of luggage and personal effects.
Others:
- Last Minute Travel Peru reserves the right to change itineraries, in the interest of the client for reasons of safety or natural barriers. (force major)
- Should the client decide not to take part in tours of the itinerary, he cannot claim refunds for these tours.
- Should the client decide to take part in other tours than those in the itinerary, he will cover all the cost for these tours.
- It is the clients responsibility that he carries a valid passport and has obtained the appropriate visas when travelling with us. Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay.
- If you visit the Jungle, a yellow fever vaccination is obligatory.
